However, for some services, we will not apply the same return conditions as above. During the sales consultation process, we will specifically advise on the deadline as well as the return method for each service for customers to refer to when they need more about that service.

Refund fee: The refund fee will be fully paid by QA if the fault is on the company’s side.

Refund method: The company commits to refund 100% of the fee that the customer has paid to us according to the commitment in the contract signed with the customer through the following forms: cash at the company or bank transfer to the customer.
