Documents to prepare when going to work in Japan

- High school diploma and highest degree (original)
- Resume, Household registration book, Birth certificate, Identity card

- Passport

- Marriage status confirmation form (for unmarried cases)

- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Criminal Record Certificate
- Commitment of Family and Trainee

- Health examination fee: Male: 1,010,000 VND; Female: 1,040,000 VND

- 4×6 photo (4 pics) (international standard: white background, white shirt (men with tie).

- For candidates who have registered/participated in working/studying abroad/cultural exchange/traveling/… abroad, please bring all relevant documents.

How much is the monthly salary when going to work in Japan?
The basic salary that workers receive is usually from 25 – 30 million VND/month. This is the basic salary, not including food and drink, not including overtime. After deducting expenses for food, accommodation, living expenses, and insurance, the accumulated amount is from 16 – 20 million VND/month.
